This Mid-Century modern home is in LA's upscale Beverly Hills neighborhood. It is a low-slung villa that was originally been built in 1957 and designed by Alfred T. Wilkes. It is laid out on a single floor and contains four bedrooms. The design approach is to upgrade the historic home while "preserving the integrity of original LA modernism".
